Handed over one Cheque ceremoniously

Today I along-with Hon'ble District & Sessions Judge -cum-Chairman,District Legal Services Authority,Silchar and Hon'ble C.J.M, Cachar,Silchar handed over one Cheque ceremoniously to one life convict at Central Jail,Silchar.
